The Preferences Modal Report shows the data collected from the actions on the CCM Overlay/CCM UI window. This report is always displayed in the dashboard with year-to-date default date range. Expand the About this report section for more information.
Preferences Modal Report Definitions
The Preferences Modal Report widget displays the following information:
- Opted In: The percentage of the number of times Opt In was selected
- Opted Out: The percentage of the number of times Opt Out was selected
- Required Cookies: The number of times a user clicked Submit Preferences on the Slider, Advanced, GDPR, and IAB screens and the user clicked Required Only in the Disclosure screen
- Functional Cookies: The number of times a user opted-in to this category bucket and clicked Submit Preferences on the Slider, Advanced, GDPR, and IAB screens
- Advertising Cookies: The number of times a user opted in to this category bucket and clicked Submit Preferences on the Slider, Advanced, GDPR, and IAB screens
- Date: The date data was recorded
- CCM Instances: The domains to display
- Country: The countries to display
- Cookie Category: Then category buckets the users opted in
- Consent Location: The URLs upon which consent is obtained

- Accept All - The number of users who accepted all cookies on the preferences modal; this is usually done by clicking on the Accept All button on the Preferences Modal.
- Opt Ins All - The number of users who accepted all individual cookie categories; this is usually done by clicking Yes on all cookie categories and then clicking on Submit.
- Required Only - The number of users who accepted only required cookies or rejected all non-required cookies on the banner; this is usually done by clicking on the Required only button on the Preferences Modal.
- Decline All - The number of users who rejected all cookies on the Preferences Modal. This is usually done by clicking on the Decline All button on the Preferences Modal.
- Opt Outs All - The number of users who rejected all individual cookie categories except required cookies. This is usually done by clicking No on all cookie categories, except required cookies, and then clicking on Submit.
NOTE: The number of users who select Advertising, Functional, and Required cannot exceed the Sum of Clicks + More Information.

NOTE: The number of users who select Advertising, Functional, and Required cannot exceed the Sum of Clicks + More Information. The Agree & Proceed (A&P) is only applicable for the Slider UI and it has the same meaning as Accept All. For the Granular UI, the A&P will not add up to the calculation as it is unavailable.
