Configuring Columns in the Data Inventory All Records page

Overview

The Configure Columns feature lets you customise which columns are visible on the Data Inventory page. You can also save your preferences as a default view so they persist across sessions.

Configuring Columns on the Data Inventory Page

To configure the columns displayed on the Data Inventory page, follow these steps:

From the left side of the page, hover over the Data Mapping & Risk Manager icon, and then select Data Inventory.

Click Configure Columns (1), and then set your column preferences.

📋 Note: To retain your preferences across sessions, click Save as Default View (2). This saves your column configuration so it is restored automatically each time you log in.
