CPM tracks changes made to the consent forms. For each Consent, CPM also tracks the consent form used to submit the Consent. On the Version page in Tab 2 ‘Form Builder’ of the Consent Form, users can view the changes made to each form version and compare different versions. Users can:
- Compare consent forms up to 5 versions simultaneously
- View changelogs for each version
- View how the form looked in each version of the consent form
To display a version preview of a Consent Form associated with a particular consent, follow these steps:
- From the Consents page, select a Consent associated with a Consent Form by clicking the Consent ID.
- Under the Other Details section, the current version of the Consent Form is displayed with a clickable link.
- Click the version link to display the Consent Form preview.
To toggle to a different version available for a particular Consent Form, follow these steps:
- From the Consent & Preferences platform navigation panel, select Setup > Consent Forms.
- From the list of Consent Forms, select the Consent Form you wish to view the version history and click the Consent Form Name.
- Click the View version link right next to the Consent Form name. A new window displays the Consent Form Version Page. This lists all available versions for the selected Consent Form.
- Select up to five different Consent Form Version from the drop-down menu and specify the version content by selecting any of the available options: Preview & Change Logs, Preview Only, or Change Logs Only.
