Copying Consent Form Configurations

You can clone existing consent forms to avoid the need to reconfigure each individual step. To do this, follow these steps:

1. From the Consent Forms page, select a Consent Form from the list and click the Clone Consent Form icon.
   
   
2. Click the cloned Consent Form to edit or make changes in the Consent Form Builder.
   
   
   
   NOTE: The cloned consent form is in DRAFT status even if it is cloned from a Published Consent Form. You can also clone Consent Forms that are in Draft and Unpublished status.
