Display Tab

  • Label – This is a free text field that is mandatory.
  • Show Label on the form – This allows you to display the form label when rendering the form field.
  • Helpful Information Text – This displays a help icon or tooltip next to a form field to provide more information. By default, the text states that, “Only .txt, .csv, .doc, .docx, .pdf, .png, .jpg, .jpeg, .msg are supported file formats and must not exceed 20 MB (Multiple files are not supported).”

Settings Tab

  • Required – This checkbox allows the user to mark the field as a required field.
  • Hidden – This checkbox allows the user to hide the field.
  • Read-only – A checkbox that allows "Read-Only"
  • PI Data – A checkbox that tags the field as PI Data
  • Field UUID – This is a read-only field and is auto-generated once saved
  • Auto Delete File – This field enables users to manage the retention of uploaded files. In this field, they can set the duration after which files will be automatically deleted. Once the selected duration elapses, files will be permanently deleted from the database and removed from the Consent Details page. However, if a user updates the delete duration before the file is deleted, the delete command will be adjusted to reflect the new duration. The available options are:
    • After 7 Days
    • After 15 Days
    • After 1 Month (default setting)
    • After 3 Months
    • After 1 Year
