Adding a URL to the Evidence Library

Overview

The Evidence Library allows you to store and manage URLs used across your TrustArc applications. This is useful for linking external references, documentation, policies, or web-based resources that support your privacy program.

Adding a URL

Navigate to the URLs tab in the Evidence Library. This tab displays all URLs currently saved across your program.

Click Add URL. The modal for entering URL details opens.

Complete the following fields in the modal.

Name — A descriptive name for the link.
Page URL — The web address you want to save.

Click Add URL to add additional URLs in the same submission. This is optional.

Click Add to Library.

Your URL now appears in the list and can be accessed wherever needed.
