Adding a URL to the Evidence Library

The Evidence Library allows you to store and manage URLs used across your TrustArc applications. This is useful for linking external references, documentation, policies, or web-based resources that support your privacy program.

Follow the steps below to add a new URL.

1. Navigate to the URLs tab in the Evidence Library. This tab displays all URLs currently saved across your program.

2. Click the Add URL button.

This opens the modal for entering URL details.

3. In the modal, provide the following URL information:

  • URL Name (1) – A descriptive name for the link
  • URL (2) – The web address you want to save
  • (Optional) Add additional URLs by clicking Add URL (3) again

4. Select the appropriate Program Area (4) for categorization and organization. This ensures the URL is indexed correctly and available across TrustArc applications where relevant.

5. Click Add to Library to complete the process.

Your URL will now appear in the list and can be accessed wherever needed.
