Enabling or Disabling AI Visibility

Enable or Disable AI Visibility for All Evidence

At the top of the Evidence Library page, you will find the AI Visibility toggle (3).

  • Turn ON the toggle to allow Arc Intelligence to use all items in the Evidence Library.
  • Turn OFF the toggle to prevent Arc Intelligence from accessing any evidence in the library.

This global setting helps you maintain strict control over what program data is available for AI-assisted responses.

Manage AI Visibility for Individual Items

Each evidence item listed in the table includes its own AI Visibility toggle (4). Use this to decide which specific items Arc Intelligence may reference.

To adjust visibility:

  1. Locate the item in the list (you can use the search bar for faster results).
  2. Toggle the AI Visibility switch for that item:
     
    • ON → Arc Intelligence can use this evidence.
    • OFF → This item is excluded from AI access.

This ensures you retain fine-grained control, allowing only high-quality, trusted evidence to influence AI responses.
