Description: Under the CPRA, businesses may be required to display a financial incentive notice within their CCM. This notice serves to inform users about any incentives offered in exchange for their personal information. The financial incentive notice provides information to the consumer and allows them to indicate their preference for participating in the financial incentive program. If the user chooses to remain in the program, they will be opted in for CCM, enabling the company to continue providing benefits in return for the financial incentive.
