Overview

This feature allows the user to mass upload consent data to CPM using a .csv file type. The upload feature also contains validations that catch errors when a file is imported. These are the validations set:

•File must be a valid .csv file type

•File must not exceed 500MB

•Single file upload only

•The date format should be YYYY-MM-DD

📋 Note:

•  Only Admins can import consent data. Brand Managers and Program Managers do not have access to this feature.

•  When adding a comma-separated value in the template (e.g. 123 Any Street, Bakersfield Field, CA 1233), the value should have a delimiter by using quotation marks (e.g. "123 Any Street, Bakersfield Field, CA 1233").

•  Users can add value to the column of an optional form field or leave it empty when uploading a .csv file, except for Jurisdiction/Country, Email and Custom Email, Dropdown, and Phone No. fields.

Importing Consent Data

To import consent data, follow these steps:

On the Consents page, click the Add New button and select Import CSV File.

Select a Consent Form from the drop-down menu and click Download Form. Use the downloaded form as a template for importing consents to CPM.

Fill out the fields in the downloaded form, then upload the CSV file in the Upload CSV field. The system pre-checks the uploaded CSV file for any errors before the consent data importation.

Resolve the error(s), if any, and re-upload the CSV file. Once done, click Import Consent. CPM will send a file upload status notification to your email address.
