Overview

This feature allows users to create and edit consents manually on the Consents page of the CPM Portal. Note that only Admins can create consents manually. Brand Managers and Program Managers do not have access to this feature. To create a manual consent, follow the steps outlined below.

Creating a Manual Consent

On the Consents page, click the Add New button and select Manual Consent.

Select the information from the drop-down menu of the following fields:

•Consent Form

•Brand

•Channel

•Date Received

•Data Subject

To create another manual consent, click the Add & Create Another button. Once complete, click the Add button to save the information.
