The Migration Summary tab allows you to migrate data from the existing assessments. In this page, you can review existing Assessments for the assessment templates that have mappings enabled in the mapping page. If the assessment template has mapping to more than one record type, then one row per assessment is displayed for each record type.
If the Assessment has reached the assigned status (Approved or Approved Pending Remediation) as set in the Migration Settings page, then the data becomes ready to be migrated from the Assessment to the Data Mapping & Risk record.
- Go to the Ready To Migrate tab (1), and then click Migrate Now (2) under the Action column.
- Go to the Attempted tab (3), and then check the status (4) of the migration under the Migration Status column. You can click on the assessment’s corresponding Try Again (5) options to retry migration.
- You can also change the assessment’s associated Data Mapping & Risk record by selecting their corresponding icons in the Associated Data Mapping & Risk Record column.
Click Finish when done.
