CPM User Roles

CPM supports the following roles with different permissions: Super Admin, Admin, and Manager.

Modules	Super Admin	Admin	Manager	Form Manager
Brand Management	All access	All access within own account	Can view and edit brands if assigned as Manager. Cannot delete brands even if added as Manager. Can remove himself as a Manager to the assigned brand	View everything within own account
Program Management	All access	All access within own account	Can view and edit programs if assigned as Manager. Cannot delete programs even if added as Manager. Can remove himself as a Manager to the assigned program	View everything within own account
Data Subject Type Management	All access	All access within own account	Can view all data subject types within own account	View everything within own account
Data Subject Management	All access	All access within own account	The Details page for Data Subject is disabled. Data Subject ID will be unclickable. Cannot create Data Subjects Manually	Can only see the Data Subject Landing Page but the Data Subject Details page is disabled
Consent Form Management	All access	All access within own account	Consent forms are hidden if not assigned as Manager. Can view and edit consent forms if assigned as Manager. Cannot delete or archive consent forms even if added as Manager.	Can create, edit, and view consent forms created in the account Can view and edit consent forms associated with brands or programs where they are assigned Can select brands or programs they are assigned to when creating forms
Consent Management	All access Can download all consents	All access within the account Can download consents within the account	Can open consent details, but the values of the identifier and data fields are hidden. Cannot download consent Cannot create Consents manually	Can view the list of consents created Can open consent details, but the identifier and data fields will only show the labels, not the value. Cannot download consent
Consent Validity Page	All access	All access within own account	View only under own account	View everything within own account
Integrations Page	All access	All access within own account	No Access	No access
