Creating a Brand

To create a brand, follow the steps below.

  1. From the Individual Rights platform navigation panel, select Admin > Brands.

  1. From the Brands page, click + Create Brand.
     
  1. Enter the brand details in the following fields:

  • Brand Name: Enter a unique brand name.
  • Description: Enter a brief description of the brand. The character limit is 400 characters.
  • Support Email: Enter a valid email address.
  • Privacy URL: Enter a valid URL.

You can associate a unique Support Email and Privacy URL with each brand when creating or editing an intake form.

  1. In the Brand Logo tab, click the browse files link to upload the logo from your local machine or simply drag and drop the logo in the Upload Logo window.

    NOTE: The accepted file formats for the logo are PNG, JPG, JPEG, and GIF. 
  1. Click Done to create the brand and upload the logo to the IRM platform. The logo is displayed on the Brands page along with the logo name and URL to download the logo.
