Adding a Brand Logo to an Intake Form

To add a custom logo to an Intake Form, simply add the logo URL in the Company Logo URL field under the Display Details section of the Intake Form.

NOTE: The Display Default Company Logo checkbox must be unchecked in order to display the Company Logo URL field.
