In this step, if Data Discovery Solutions and/or Identity Verification Solutions are enabled for the customer account, then intake form fields can be mapped to the fields of these solutions. When a request is submitted using these intake forms, the mapped fields are sent to respective solutions.
NOTE:
- For Identity Verification, you can choose either Evident ID or IDology or both. This feature helps to further validate the identity of the data subject. For more information on Identity Verification and Data Discovery Solutions, please refer to sections dedicated to these topics.
- If Evident ID or IDology verification is enabled on an intake form, this verification can be disabled per Request Type basis within that intake form. This gives the ability to do the identity verification on a per Request Type and per Intake form basis.
