The Summary Report.xlsx Excel template provides the following charts and reports.
The Summary table lists all assessments with their status, approvers, the number of unresolved issues out of the total, incomplete tasks out of the total, the maximum assigned risk score across all questions, the number of days since open, and other information.
The risk scale in the report uses Low – Medium – High rather than the 0–5 scale used in Assessment Manager. The mapping is:

Shows the number of assessments based on each template.
Shows how many assessments are currently in each state. Use this to quickly determine how many are awaiting respondents (Survey, Survey Incomplete), awaiting approver action (In Review, Pending Approval), or have already been approved.
Helps you review the workload across approvers. Small bars show the number of assessments at each stage per approver. For assessments with multiple approvers, only the first (primary) approver is used.
Groups assessments by their maximum risk score across all questions.
Shows the maximum risk score across all assessments associated with each asset. For more information on associating an assessment with an asset, see Creating an Assessment.
Shows the total number of open and complete tasks across all assessments.
Shows the total number of open and complete tasks across all assessments per approver. For assessments with multiple approvers, only the first (primary) approver is used.
Shows the total number of unresolved and resolved issues across all assessments.
Shows the total number of resolved and unresolved issues across all assessments for each approver.
Groups assessments by the number of days since they were opened.
