Creating a Custom Assessment Report

📋 Note: Some information may not apply to assessments using the simplified workflow. See Understanding the Simplified Assessment Workflow.

If you have sufficient permissions to download a report, you can customize your Executive Summary or Detailed report to include only the data you need. Custom report configurations can also be saved as reusable templates for future exports.

Generating a Custom Report

From the left side of the page, hover the mouse over the Assessment Manager icon, and then select Assessments (1).

From the All Assessments page, open the assessment you want to export a report from.

In the top-right corner of the page, click the Download Report button (2), and then select Create Custom Report (PDF) (3).

From the Report Template page, select a report type (4). Executive Summary is selected by default.

Deselect the checkbox next to any assessment data you want to exclude from the report. All data is selected by default.

📋 Note: To exclude an entire section from the report, click the toggle button (5) to the right of that section.

In the bottom-right corner of the page, click Download Report, and then click Yes or No depending on whether you want the report sent to your email.

Saving a Custom Report as a Template

You can save your custom report configuration as a template to reuse in future report exports. After customizing the report, click Save as new template (6) and assign it a unique name.

When generating a future custom report, select your saved template to apply the same exclusions automatically.
