Users with Admin Role can add or create new Users in the system as well as edit the information about existing Users.
From the left side of the page, hover the mouse over the Admin icon (1), and then navigate to User Settings (2) > Users (3).
In the top-right corner of the page, click New User.
From the Add User window, complete the following:
a) Enter the user's first name, last name, email address, and phone number. You may optionally select a job title and choose one or more areas of expertise from the pre-defined dropdown list.
b) To enable this user to access Assessment Manager, you must specify their Assessment Manager Role (2). For more information about User Roles and associated permissions, see User Roles.
c) If you want the new user to be able to access the Admin module, select an appropriate Admin Role (1):
| Admin Role | Access Level |
|---|---|
| Admin | Read/write access. Can add new users and edit information about existing users. |
| User | View only. Can view information in the Admin section, including other users' information. |
| No Access (default) | No access to the Admin module. |
On this page, you can also set user access to the Data Flow Manager, Cookie Consent Manager, and Website Monitoring modules if you have purchased them.
If you have defined any Tag Groups as described in Creating Tag Groups and Associating Tag Groups with entities, the associated Tag Groups will appear as additional fields on the Add User page.
After filling all required fields, click Add User to confirm and add the new user.
