The CCM Pro portal has three primary modules. Depending on your account type and user role, some of these modules may not be accessible.
| Module | Description |
|---|---|
|
Scan and Consent
|
This module allows the user to create a cookie consent manager and defines the scope of its implementation: language selection, visual customization and branding, country behavior selection, and tracker updates. In addition, this module also generates the cookie consent javascript to be embedded within the site. Refer to the Managing Your Scans and Consent section of this document for more information. NOTE: Only users with Admin or Designer roles can access the Manage module. |
| Reports |
This module allows users to pull user engagement metric reports to monitor user interaction with the cookie consent tool. Refer to the Creating Reports section of this document for more information. NOTE: Only users with Admin or Reporter roles can access the Reports module. |
Diagnostic Tool |
The Diagnostic tools for Google Consent Mode help identify, explain, and fix configuration issues that affect how user consent is managed and how tags behave on a website. They scan for common problems such as tags firing before consent is set, missing developer IDs, misconfigured templates and provide basic troubleshooting steps for each issue. The goal is to make sure Consent Mode is correctly implemented with TrustArc’s recommended setup. Monthly automated alerts notify administrators whenever Google Consent Mode related problems are found on scanned websites. For more details about common issues, please refer to this site. |
| Admin |
This module allows admins to grant permission to access and manage one or more cookie consent managers. Refer to the Administrative Features section of this document for more information. NOTE: Only users with Admin roles can access the Admin module. |
