The Cookie Consent Manager Pro portal has two accounts you can choose from. The account you have determines the set of features and collaboration tools available in your account.
Professional Account
A Professional account is TrustArc’s premium solution with advanced controls and capabilities. The Professional account supports Admin, Designer, and Reporter roles, with features fully available for each assigned role.
Basic Account
The Basic Account is a free trial version that has a limited set of features. Notifications are displayed in your account if you need to upgrade to use a feature. A Basic Account can have Admin, Designer, and Reporter user roles. However, the Reporter will not have any real capability to perform that role since a Basic account has no ability to query or access the reporting data.
