There are four different user roles in the CCM Pro portal, each with a different level of access to accommodate the user's role within the system. Below are each of the user roles and what modules they have access to.

| Admin | This is the top-level role in the CM Self Service portal. An Admin role usually has access to most of the features in every module. However, there are a number of limitations for admin users subscribed under Basic Accounts. | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Designer & Reporter | This role allows access to both the Manage and Reports modules. | Yes | Yes | No |
| Designer | This role is ONLY allowed to access the Manage module to create cookie consent managers. Designers can be granted access by Admins to other cookie consent managers in the system. However, a Designer is not granted permission to import website URLs or delete a cookie consent manager, whether created or assigned. | Yes | No | No |
| Reporter | This role has the most limited access. Users with this role are ONLY allowed to access the Reports module to view and generate reports. | No | Yes | No |
