  • Auto Close Rules Support. Admins can now set up rules to auto-close requests upon submission from data subjects and customize landing pages and emails sent to data subjects when their request is auto-closed.
  • Allow Multiple Email Templates and Landing. To better triage data subject requests, admins can now create multiple ‘Request Processing’, ‘Due Date Extension’ and ‘Request Clarification’ email templates for a given combination of <Email Template type, Intake form, Request Type, Language>.

Auto Close Rules Support

Description: Admins can now set up rules to auto-close requests upon submission from data subjects. Further, admins can set up a customized message to show to data subjects upon auto close of the requests. A customized email can be sent to Data Subjects upon auto-closing of the request.
