- Upload attachments to Email Templates. To further streamline request processing, IRM now supports attachment uploads to Email Templates.
- Report downloading logic. To further improve reporting efficiency, IRM now sends a download link of the report to the user’s email inbox when there are more than 1000 requests in the report.
- ‘Bcc’ to receive emails sent from IRM. To prepare for future audits, IRM has enhanced ‘Bcc’ support for different types of emails sent from IRM. The ‘Bcc’ email inbox will receive all emails sent to both data subjects and external users.
- IDology + Evident ID verification on the same intake form. To augment the identity verification process, Admins can now enable both IDology and Evident ID verification on the same intake form.
- URL validation for ‘Single Line Text’ form field. Admins can now configure ‘Single Line Text’ form fields as URLs on intake forms. These hyperlink fields can be used to record external links and, along with SSO, provide a seamless experience between systems.

Report Downloading Logic
Description: The report downloading logic has been updated to allow sending of the report as a link to the user’s inbox when there are more than 1000 requests in the report. The updated report downloading logic helps avoid runtime errors when generating a report and provides efficiency in generating big data reports.

Description: The ‘Bcc’ recipients will now receive the emails sent to data subjects and external users, enabling them to stay informed on the latest request status.
Upload Attachments to Email Templates
Description: IRM now supports the ability to upload attachments to Email Templates. This feature helps Admins save time, reducing the need to attach files every time a response email is created.
IDology + Evident ID Verification in the Same Intake Form
Description: IRM now supports the ability to configure an intake form to go through both IDology and Evident ID verification. Utilizing this feature further validates the identity of the data subject.
URL Validation for ‘Single Line Text’ form field
Description: IRM now supports the ability to configure HTML links to ‘Single Line Text’ fields on the intake form. This feature provides the data subject with a more convenient way of sharing the information being requested, improving the user experience.
