Release Description
External API Support
- Refer to the Request Task API section of the IRM Client API Guide for information on the following features:
- Create/Update of task
- Upload Attachment
- Email Sending when creating a task from templates
- Fetching of assignee details
External Email Support via Easy DKIM
- The customer can use their own email domain when sending emails via IRM Portal using easy DKIM configuration.
- To configure the customer must contact the Super Admin “TrustArc Support” to assist with the configuration and guide them on the process.
The process will be:
- Customer to contact TrustArc Support.
- TrustArc Support to contact DevOps to get the DKIM config (TXT and CNAME) and pass this to customer contact. Customer Contact passes this to Customer.
- Customers implement it on their side and validation of this may take up to 72 hours according to AWS.
- Once validated, TrustArc Support can go to IRM and set the domain.
- Customers can then start using this domain in the email templates as it will be shown in "Custom From".

Description: The email settings have been updated to consolidate all email-related settings to a single tab.
