Two-Factor Authentication provides further protection and security for your data. If you no longer wish to have two-factor authentication security in your account login, you can follow these simple steps to disable it.
1. Log in to the TrustArc platform site.
2. Click Lost Authenticator Code.
3. Enter your Recovery Code in the field provided. Note that this code is case-sensitive.
Important: If you lose access to your Recovery Codes, contact your administrator.
4. Click Disable TOTP and Log in. This takes you back to the Password Settings page of your profile where two-factor authentication is set to disable.
