To enable 2FA on your account, follow the steps below.
1. Install the Google Authenticator App to your IOS or Android device.
NOTE: The app is self-contained and shares no data. It also does not send or receive anything from the internet.
2. Log in to the TrustArc platform site.
3. Click your account name (1) at the top-right corner of the page, and select My Profile (2) from the drop-down. You will be redirected to the My Profile page.
4. On the Password Settings section, enable Two-factor authentication.
5. Click Logout to enable to complete the process.
6. Log back into your account to display the QR code.
7. From your mobile device, scan the QR code using the Google authenticator app.
8. Click the I have set up my Google Authenticator app checkbox.
9. Click Proceed to getting my Recovery Key.
10. Copy and store your Recovery Key for future reference. This is particularly useful in case you lost your TOPT (Time-based One Time Password).
Important: The Recovery Key will only be shown once. Save your key in a secure location.
11. Click the I have saved my recovery key in a secure location checkbox.
12. Click Proceed to entering verification code.
13. Enter the Authenticator Code in the field provided and click Submit. This enables the two-factor authentication for your account.
