IRM allows users to download data about tasks & subtasks as a report from the My Tasks page. Reports contain fields such as Task ID, Request ID, Task Type, Parent Task ID, Task Name, Task Description, Status, Due in Days, IT System, Priority, Resolution, Assignees, Jira/External ID, etc. Admins, DPOs, and Participants can download all tasks that match the filter criteria that they set.
When users click the Download icon (1), their download requests report will run in the background. A toast message displays to inform them that the report is being generated and they will receive an email notification with a CSV download link when it completes (2).
Once done, the system sends the report download link through email. Note that the download link is only valid within seven days.

At any given time, only one report download can run. When users download the report again while a download is still in progress, an error toast message displays.
