IRM also allows users to search for specific tasks using the Search field. You can search for a task using any of the following:
Task ID
Select Task ID from the dropdown menu and type the ID in the field provided.
Request ID
Select Request ID from the dropdown menu and type the ID in the field provided.
Task Name
Select Task Name from the dropdown menu and type the name in the field provided.
Subtask Name
Select Subtask Name from the dropdown menu and type the subtask name in the field provided.
IT System Name
Select IT System Name from the dropdown menu and type the name in the field provided.
JIRA/External ID
Select Jira/External ID from the dropdown menu and type the ID in the field provided.
