You can begin creating the body of the supplemental form by dragging the fields to the middle of the page and editing the contents of each field.
- Single Line – This is a simple text.
- Paragraph – This is a text box to enter multiple lines of text.
- Email – This is an additional email field.
- Checkbox – This is a small interactive box that can be toggled by the user to confirm that the site's terms have been accepted.
- Date – This allows adding a Date and Date range as a custom form field.
- File Upload – This allows file upload by Data Subjects.
Dropdown – This is a drop-down menu that can be customized with menu items.
NOTE: Admins can configure a maximum selection limit for dropdown fields that support multiple selections. The configured limit restricts the number of options that a Data Subject can select in the rendered form.
- Static Text – This is just a static text and cannot take any input.
