Several of the reports contained in the Website Monitoring Manager Portal can be exported so you can manipulate the data as needed.
Report Details
There are two options for exporting data from Report Details - you can export the Summary in Excel format or the Resource Chains to CSV. To export these reports click the corresponding button located above the Report Summary section.
Export Summary to Excel
Click Export Summary to Excel to download your report summary into Excel format.
This report contains 4 worksheets:
- Third Parties – This provides the information contained in the Tracker Details section for all Third Party Service Providers.
- First Parties – This provides the information contained in the Tracker Details section for all First Party Service Providers.
- Cookies – This provides the detailed Cookie information contained in the Resources section of the Detailed Tracker Information.
- LSO – This provides the detailed LSO information contained in the Resources section of the Detailed Tracker Information.
Export Daisy Chains to CSV
Click Export Daisy Chain to CSV to export all resource chains for the first and third party domains on
your site.
This report contains the following information:
- Is Third Party – If the Service Provider is a Third Party this column will contain Y, if the Service Provider is a First Party this column will contain N.
- Page Url – The Page URL where that domain was found.
- Child URL 1, Child URL 2, ... – There may be more than one Child URL included in the resource chain. Each Child URL column represents a URL that was called as part of the chain of referrals resulting in the tracker being found on your website.
Note: Depending on the number of Service Providers on your website and the number of Child URLs this report can be quite large. If you have issues downloading this report please contact your Technical Account Manager.
Service Provider Details
The detailed information for each of the tracking technologies contained in the Resources section of the Detailed Tracker Information can be exported in Excel format. To export the individual reports click the Export button on each of the tracking technology tabs on the Service Provider Details report.
Data Collection Details
For TrustArc Privacy Scanning customers, the Data Collections Details information can be exported in CSV format.
This report contains the following information:
- Page URL – This is the page the collection of personal information was identified on.
- PII / Sensitive PII / Age – A value of TRUE indicates collection of this type of personal
information was identified on the page. A value of FALSE indicates collection of this type of
personal information was not identified on the page. - SSL – A value of TRUE indicates the data collection is protected using SSL. A value of FALSE
indicates the data collection is not protected using SSL. - Link to Privacy Policy – This is the link to the Privacy Policy associated with the page.
- Fields – This lists the specific personal information being collected by forms on the page.
To export the Data Collections Details information, click the Export To CSV button.
Tracker Graph
There are two options for exporting data from the Tracker Graph - you can export the specific chain for the Service Provider under review with the current filters applied, or select to export all resource chains for the entire site. To export these reports click the corresponding link located below the Tracker Graph information.
Export Filtered Chains to CSV
Clicking Export Filtered Chains to CSV will export the specific resource chain for the Service Provider under review with the current filters applied. This report is similar to the Export Daisy Chain to CSV report minus the Is Third Party information.
Export All Chains to CSV
Clicking Export All Chains to CSV will export the same report as the Export Daisy Chain to CSV report.
