Troubleshooting

TrustArc uses a proprietary crawler to capture as many trackers as possible. If you are seeing different results, here are some troubleshooting steps:

  • If you are using Chrome, please disable the shield button on the top right and allow trackers. Then, reload the page and check the results again.

  • If you are using Firefox, please allow all content from the page via the lock button on the top left. Then, reload the page and check the results again.
