For Unanswered Follow-On Questions
The customers are sent out an email notification with a link to answer the follow-on questions that were missed during the initial flow of responding to applicable standards questions.
For New or Updated Law or Standard
Customers who were configured from the Intelligent Assessment Settings will receive an in-app alert or email when:
- New laws or standards are added to the system or when it is modified
- An action must be taken, such as responding to a new or updated question
- A previously approved law or standard is re-approved and republished
- Any other communication regarding a specific law or standard
Click the bell icon (1) next to the Help button to display your Notifications.
NOTE: Other updates or enhancements related to the system are also included in the notifications. Use the scroll bar to move up and down the list of notifications.
Click Mark all Read (2) to mark all notifications as read.
Click View All (3) to open a new tab with the Notifications page.
Click on the Info button (4) to view the details of the alert.
Notification settings can be customized by clicking the gear icon (5). This redirects to Alerts > Settings. Custom notifications option lets you enable and/or disable the notification type Informational, Warning, and Error.
For a newly added law or regulation, you may click the View Applicable Standards Page to redirect to the Applicable Standards page.
Notifications via email are sent depending on the settings. It could be a simple notification about the changes to a law or standard, or it could direct users to a page that requires action for questions or tasks assigned to them.
