Applicable Standards

On the Applicable Standards page, you can see the laws and standards applicable to your company. Additional standards are also displayed but may not be applicable to your company. You will see how TrustArc’s platform intelligence provides information relevant to your organization and program in this section.

NOTE: The number of laws and standards you can add under Additional Standards depends on your license. The Applicable Standards page displays your organization’s license level and the number of applicable laws and standards associated with your license.

NOTE: The Framework was renamed to TrustArc Framework. It is visible for selection from the Applicable Standards page. When the TrustArc Framework is not selected, filters within the widgets, Program Overview, and Task page are automatically updated.

On the lower part of the Applicable Standards page, you can also select the Applicable Certifications based on your Assurance License, the Attestors, and the custom Frameworks.

 NOTES:

  • You can deselect identified laws and standards by unchecking their corresponding checkboxes. Deselecting a standard will remove it  from the Program Overview page along with any associated tasks that are generated. 
  • If you select more standards than what is available under your license, you will be given the option to upgrade to the next package level. If you decide to upgrade, you will be given a free trial of the upgraded package features. Your account representative will be in touch with you to discuss your upgrade preference. 

Make sure that you have selected all the desired laws and standards, then click Apply & Proceed (1). You will then be redirected to the Program Overview page. You can also bypass the changes by clicking View Program Overview Page (2).
