Salesforce to CPM Integration

This Integration allows users to send Salesforce CRM data in real time to Consent & Preference Manager by mapping Salesforce objects to CPM Fields. The current version will support the mapping of Consent Form or Data Subject Type. The data is sent to CPM as and when the data changes on the Salesforce side. The section below details how to set up this integration.

NOTE: This version of the Salesforce to CPM Integration can only associate all Consent Forms with only one Salesforce Object and all DS Types with only one Salesforce Object. To bring data from multiple Salesforce Objects into CPM, customers can clone the Salesforce to CPM Integration up to three times. Please see the Push Data from Multiple Salesforce Objects into CPM section for details regarding this feature.

  1. From the Consent & Preferences platform navigation panel, select Setup > Integrations.

Push Data from Multiple Salesforce Objects into CPM

Within each Salesforce to CPM Integration, only one Salesforce Object can be mapped to all Consent Forms and one Object to all Data Subject Types. To be able to migrate data from multiple Salesforce Objects, customers can clone Salesforce to CPM integration up to three times. In each of these Salesforce to CPM Integration Instances, users can map different Salesforce Objects to Consent Forms and Data Subject Types. Hence this allows users to bring data from multiple Salesforce Objects into CPM. To do this, follow the steps below.

  1. From the Consent & Preferences platform navigation panel, select Setup > Integrations.
