Using Ask Arc

Overview

The primary AI feature available in Arc is Ask Arc, a natural-language assistant. Ask Arc generates responses using:

Nymity Research — TrustArc's proprietary legal research library. Requires Nymity Research license
TrustArc application data that you are authorized to access, such as records or workflows.
Uploaded evidence, if visibility permissions are enabled.
Product help documentation.
Public information sources, such as Wikipedia or Crunchbase, if enabled by TrustArc.

Ask Arc summarizes information and recommends next steps — but it does not provide legal advice. It's a decision-support tool, helping privacy professionals interpret data and act with confidence.

Opening Ask Arc

To use Ask Arc, click the Ask Arc button at the top-right corner of the page. The main query panel appears where you can begin asking questions.

📋 Notes
