When an AI function such as Ask Arc is used, Customer Data is processed on a just-in-time basis through TrustArc’s secure Platform layer. Text or data (e.g., image or PDF) input into Ask Arc, are all explicitly opted out of model training and are subject to the same data-separation and security controls as the rest of the TrustArc Platform.
All processing is governed by your existing Data Processing Addendum (DPA) and the Technical and Organizational Measures, available for review in TrustArc’s Trust Center.
