The Rules page allows you to create and define specific sets of automatic rules. These rules will indicate automatic action to Requests and Tasks based on conditional parameters set by the Admin. Rules are in ECA (Event Condition Action) format where when a certain Event is triggered on requests that match certain Conditions, the Action is performed.
The automatic actions currently supported are the Auto-Close and Anonymization features. These rules allow Requests to be closed (action) upon submission (event) if certain conditions like Request Type, Intake Form, Jurisdiction, and Data Subject Types are met.
