Landing Pages can be created by clicking New Template or TrustArc Defaults. When New Template is selected, a new template opens up as shown below and the admin can edit this template. When TrustArc Defaults is selected in any of the five languages supported, TrustArc default templates in that particular language are created. When users delete custom landing pages associated with intake forms, the system automatically reverts to the TrustArc default templates.
Landing Page Fields
Landing Page has the following fields:
- Category – this outlines a list of different category types.
- Landing Page Type – this is the subtype.
- Request Type – this is a drop-down list of Request Types.
- Landing Page Name – this is the unique name of the landing page.
- Language – this is the language of the landing page.
- Title – this is the title (header) to be shown on the landing page.
- Logo – Admin can customize the logo on the landing pages using several different options supported. “Default” option uses the default logo stored in the system. “Custom” option allows using an https link to the logo. The “Intake Form Logo” option allows customers to use the same logo used in the Intake Form across different brands. With this option, when a Landing Page is displayed, IRM shows the logo from the corresponding Intake Form used to submit the Request.
- Message – this is the body of the landing page.
