Understanding the β€œDefault without Acceptance” workflow

πŸ“‹ Note:Β This applies only to the original workflow. For the simplified assessment workflow, see Understanding the Simplified Assessment Workflow.

The Default without Acceptance workflow is a simplified workflow for surveys that are intended simply to collect answers from respondents.

As shown in the workflow diagram below, the Default without Acceptance workflow skips many steps present in the Default with Acceptance workflow. There is no In Review stage, no Review Complete stage, and no Approved Pending Remediation stage.

Key differences from the Default with Acceptance workflow
βœ“Respondents' answers do not need to be explicitly verified or accepted before moving forward.
βœ“You are not required to remediate identified issues.
βœ“The assessment moves directly to Approved after all approvers sign off, regardless of any incomplete tasks.

Once all respondents submit their answers and the assessment reaches the Review Complete stage, click the arrow on the Assessment Status button and select Start Approval from the context menu to proceed directly to Pending Approval.
