Each assessment can be based on either the TrustArc default workflow or the simplified TrustArc default workflow without acceptance. The workflow is defined in the Workflow field (1) in the Advanced Settings.
To access the Workflow field, from the Advanced Settings > Schedule section of the Create Assessment or Edit Assessment page, click Configure (2) next to Set Schedule and Notifications.
A workflow is a set of rules that define the stages an assessment must go through from creation to completion, and that determine what must happen to transition between those stages.
