If you have Admin Role privileges, you can update the information about your company that is initially pre-set by TrustArc. Click the Admin icon (1) in the left corner of the page and then select Account Details (2) to go to your company's profile.
The following screen will show the information about your company account as set by TrustArc. Click Edit (3) in the top-right corner to update or make changes to that information.
The following screen will allow you to update your company profile:
The Legal Name (4) and Business Name (5) of your company are read-only and cannot be changed. You must contact TrustArc support at support@trustarc.com in order to change them.
However, you can update or add one or more Business Types (6) and Lines of business/industry (7) to give a more accurate description of your company's business activities.
You should also update your company's mailing address (8) and physical address (9).
Click Save & Exit (10) to save the changes and exit the screen.
