Managing your Assessment Manager Account Information

 
Step 1 — Open Account Details

If you have Admin Role privileges, you can update the information about your company that is initially pre-set by TrustArc. Click the Admin icon (1) in the left corner of the page and then select Account Details (2) to go to your company's profile.

📋 Note: Only users with Admin Role privileges can access the Admin section and update company account information.

Step 2 — Click Edit

The following screen will show the information about your company account as set by TrustArc. Click Edit (3) in the top-right corner to update or make changes to that information.

Step 3 — Update Your Company Profile

The following screen will allow you to update your company profile:

The Legal Name (4) and Business Name (5) of your company are read-only and cannot be changed. You must contact TrustArc support at support@trustarc.com in order to change them.

However, you can update or add one or more Business Types (6) and Lines of business/industry (7) to give a more accurate description of your company's business activities.

You should also update your company's mailing address (8) and physical address (9).

⚠ Read-only fields: Legal Name and Business Name cannot be edited directly. Contact support@trustarc.com to request changes.

Step 4 — Save Your Changes

Click Save & Exit (10) to save the changes and exit the screen.

✓ Tip: Always click Save & Exit to ensure your changes are applied. Navigating away without saving will discard any updates you have made.
