The Recipes section within each connector contains two main tabs:
Recipe Templates
The Recipe Templates tab includes a library of prebuilt, ready-to-use workflows created by TrustArc.
On the Recipe Template page, each Recipe shows:
- A quick diagram of the systems and directional data flow
- A blue checkmark if it is active and available for use in recipes
- A Manage or Setup button:
- Manage - indicates the recipe is live; you can edit it, add logic, and version-control it.
- Setup - indicates you need to authenticate the connector first. This ensures you are connecting the right account, region, or environment.
Saved Recipes
The Saved Recipes tab displays all workflows you or your team have created, cloned, or customized.
On the Saved Recipes page, each Recipe shows
- A quick diagram of the systems and directional data flow
- Recipe names
- Number of successful and failed runs
- Status (Active or Inactive)
- A three-dot menu with options to do following:
- Clone - creates a copy of the recipe with “Copy of…” at the start of the recipe name
- Edit - redirects to the Edit Recipe page
- Rename - redirects to the Edit Recipe page where you can rename the recipe
- Start/Stop - starts/stops executing the recipe
- Delete - deletes the recipe
