Accessing the Setup Configuration

Overview

Assessment Manager’s integration with ServiceNow is a bi-directional integration that enables customers to create assessments automatically in Assessment Manager and populate assessments with data from ServiceNow. Assessments can be created by a script running on the ServiceNow side or by a single click on the ServiceNow UI by a ServiceNow user. This integration  also enables customers to write data from assessments back to ServiceNow. This document details how to set up this bi-directional integration.

Accessing the Setup Configuration

  1. From the platform navigation panel, hover the mouse over the Integrations icon (1), and then click Configurations (2).

  2. From the IT Service Management tab (3), under the ServiceNow to AM column, click Setup (4).
