The Filter feature allows you to search and sort email templates in a quick and efficient manner. You can combine any of the following searches to get the exact template(s) you need.
Filter Templates by Category
To filter templates by Category, select the Filter button and select a category by clicking the Category drop-down menu.
Filter Templates by Email Template Type
To filter templates by Email Template Type, select the Filter button and select a template type by clicking the Email Template Type drop-down menu. The email template types displayed are dependent on the previously selected category.
Filter Templates by Language
To filter templates by Language, select the Filter button and select a language by clicking the Language drop-down menu.
Filter Templates by Request Type
To filter templates by Request Type, select the Filter button and select a request type by clicking the Request Type drop-down menu.
Filter Templates by Intake Form Reference
To filter templates by Intake Form Reference, select the Filter button and select an intake form by clicking the Intake Form Reference drop-down menu.
