Admins can set a recurring schedule for reports to be automatically generated and sent to their email addresses.
To schedule a report, follow these steps:
1
From the Reports menu, click the Create Report button and select Schedule a Report.
2
In the Schedule a Report modal, enter the following information:
Report Name - This is a mandatory field for naming the report and setting the file name.
Report Columns - This dropdown menu lets users select the fields you wish to be included in the report.
Set Schedule - This allows users to specify the date and time for the report execution.
Repeat Download - This allows users to configure the recurring schedule of report generation and specify an end date for recurring reports:
•Daily - If selected, the report will run daily within the specified time.
•Weekly - If selected, users can choose one or more specific days of the week when the system will send the report.
•Monthly - If selected, users can choose one or more specific days of the month when the system will send the report.
•Yearly - If selected, users can choose the specific days of the year for the report to run annually.
Timeframe (UTC) - This allows users to set a date or date range for the report. This defaults to today's date and allows users to select a timeframe.
Jurisdiction - By default, CPM includes all supported countries in the report. This dropdown menu lets users customize and select the countries to include in the report via the selector.
Consent Preference - This allows users to filter the data based on the following preferences:
•All Opt-in: This option returns entries where all checkboxes and toggle switches are set to opt-in.
•Partial Opt-in: This option returns entries where one or more opt-in selections are detected in a consent.
•All Opt-out: This option returns entries where all checkboxes and toggle switches are set to opt-out.
•Others: This enables users to generate reports that capture consents, including those without opt-in or opt-out value. When users select this option, CPM generates a report that includes the following:
•Consents that do not have a checkbox or toggle switch
•Consents where opt-in or opt-out values are not detected
📋 Note: The Consent Preference filter is a mandatory field. The Create and Download button when creating a report, or the Save button when editing a report, is disabled until users select a filter option.
Consent Status - By default, CPM includes All Consent Status. Users have the option to select either Pending, Active, or Expired. They can only select a single option per report.
Show Latest Consent For - This enables users to generate the latest consent by form or by form and brand. Users can filter the data based on the following options:
•Show All Consents (Default Option): This filter returns all consents when the report is generated.
•Show Latest Consent by Form Only: This filter returns only the latest consent submitted by the Data Subject (DS) to the consent form, regardless of multiple consents from different brands associated with the form.
•Show Latest Consent by Form and Brand: This filter returns only the latest consent submitted by the DS to both the consent form and the brand. For example, if the DS has consents to Brand A and Brand B and the latest consent given is to Brand B, only Brand B's consent will be included in the report.
Pull data from a specific form only - This checkbox enables users to filter the data and generate consent reports based on specific consent forms. Once enabled, users can select a single consent form from the dropdown list. CPM then displays a form field filter, which lists all form fields associated with the selected consent form only. By default, all form fields are selected but users can choose which form fields to include in the CSV report.
You can configure additional recipients for scheduled reports. Enter one or more valid email addresses in the Email Address field. The system validates the entered addresses before saving the report schedule. When the scheduled report runs, the generated report is sent to the initiating user and to all additional valid email recipients configured.
3
Click Save. Note that there is a 800,000 report threshold and if the report exceeds the limit, the system will stop and will only include the 800,000 reports to prevent performance issues.
