The Trackers section contains an overview of all trackers found across your Website Monitoring Manager scans.
The Trackers section contains the following information:
- Tracker Summary – This summarizes the number of third parties on the site and which third parties are authorized (Whitelisted) vendors of the organization.
- Trackers – The Trackers section contains the following information.
- Consolidated Trackers – If a Service Provider drops trackers from multiple subdomains they will be consolidated under the main domain for the provider. If this occurs this will be indicated by a + in this column. Clicking the + will display the subdomains.
- Authorized Trackers – This indicates if the Service Provider is an Authorized Service Provider. Please see the Managing Authorized Service Providers section for more information on authorizing Service Providers.
NOTE: Consolidated trackers will not show the authorized status of subdomains in your report. You should expand the tracker to view the authorization status of subdomains.

- Company Name – This is Service Providers name. Clicking on the provider name will take
you to the detailed information page for the provider.

NOTE: The default tracking technology focus for the detailed information page is on Cookies.

- Domain – This is the domain the Service Provider is dropping trackers from.
- Category – This is the business category the Service Provider is categorized in by TrustArc (ie - Ad Network, Data Provider / Aggregator, Social / Sharing Tools, ect.).
- PSI – This is TrustArc’s Privacy Sensitivity Index rating for the Service Provider.
- Tracking Technologies – The number listed in the individual tracking technology columns is the number of tracker instances of this type found in the scan. Unlike the Tracker Details this is limited to Cookies, LSO, and Others (which includes all other tracking technologies identified).
