You can customize My Countries on the Country Summary widget to your preferred jurisdictions. To do this, click on the three dots inside the Country Summary widget, then click Edit Country Selection.
It will redirect you to the Settings page where you can choose the regions you prefer. See My Countries for more information.
NOTE: Editing your My Countries selection will affect the default results of the Search page to only include content pertaining to the selected countries.
