If you are switching from Classic to Arc, there is no data migration. Your records and configurations stay exactly where they are, and nothing about your data changes. Arc is a new experience on top of the same platform.
If you are onboarding data into TrustArc for the first time, Arc Intelligence can be used to help populate records when you choose to use it. For example, it can prefill fields during System or Vendor record setup. This is optional, user-initiated, and can be turned off at any time.
