To access the Accountability page, hover over the PrivacyCentral (1) icon on the navigation panel and select Accountability (2). You might want to do this after adding Accountability Mechanisms in response to questions. You can use the breadcrumb trail in the Policy & Standards Library to return to the page.
You can do the following on the Accountability page:

Click the Manage Policy & Standards Library (3) button to access the page and add or manage Accountability Mechanisms.
NOTE: Download the TrustArc-Nymity Privacy and Data Governance Accountability framework reference pages (4). This can help you understand the structured approach to developing a privacy program. - Click the ellipsis (5) at the upper-right corner of the page to flip between controls or activities views of mapped AMs. Then, as desired, tick or uncheck the checkboxes. See the downloadable file link (6) for further information on how the mechanisms are linked to the framework.
- Click on each of the Framework badge (7) pillars. See how the new and existing Accountability Mechanisms are mapped against the three pillars. This also displays the privacy controls and privacy management activities.

View your program’s overall progress (8) against TrustArc Framework controls and privacy management activities (PMAs). A Download as Image option is made available.
NOTE: The Privacy Program Progress report allows you to easily demonstrate to stakeholders the progress you have made in building up your program.

Click View Standards to know more about the Framework standards.

View Accountability Mechanisms mapped into the Framework controls and privacy management activities divided into the existing privacy management categories.
NOTE: The Accountability Mechanisms are listed by controls under the selected standard. Similarly, you can see how Accountability Mechanisms align with privacy management activities. Just click a Privacy Management Category (PMC) on the Accountability Mechanisms Alignment – Activities.
Use the side-by-side view (7) to see how AMs align against the TrustArc Framework controls and privacy management activities.
NOTE: The Privacy Program Progress report will automatically update as you add accountability mechanisms to your Policy & Standards Library. It demonstrates your ongoing progress in building and maintaining your privacy program. The Progress and Control Effectiveness widget on Program Overview and Insights by Law will automatically be updated too. It shows your organization’s readiness to comply with applicable laws and standards. All of this is powered by TrustArc’s intelligence engine.
