Users with sufficient permissions to clone an assessment are provided options to copy survey responses, including survey comments and attachments, as well as manually added tasks and labels. However, users with admin role privileges can configure the Cloning Settings so that only a particular type of data is copied when an assessment using a specific template is cloned.
Configuring the Cloning Settings

From the left side of the page, hover the mouse over the
Assessment Manager icon, and then navigate to
Admin (1) >
Account Configurations (2).

From the Account Configurations tab (2),
scroll down to the Cloning section, select a template
from the
Add Assessment Template
field (3), and then click
Add.

To the right of the added assessment template, click the
Edit icon.

From the Cloning Settings window, configure which
assessment data (4) should be copied when
an assessment using the selected template is cloned, and
then click Save (7).
You can also enable the following additional settings:
Use the same template

Prevents users from changing the template when cloning. This
setting is disabled by default.
Do not allow changes to these settings

Prevents any user from modifying the cloning options — as
configured in this setting — when cloning an assessment that
uses this template. For example, if all four cloning data
options (4) are disabled and this setting
is also enabled, users will not be able to change the configuration
at the time of cloning.
